Intro
Two different groups send you information, and it's worth knowing which is which. The school and coaching staff handle anything official — eligibility, paperwork, cancellations, transportation. The Boosters handle fundraising, volunteering, and the community side of the season.
We repost schedules and team news in the places parents actually check, because it's convenient. But convenient isn't the same as authoritative.
FinalForms and the coaching staff are the official source
FinalForms is the system of record. Physicals, athletic paperwork, emergency contacts, and eligibility all live there, and it's how the school and coaching staff reach you.
Make sure your FinalForms account is current and your contact information is right. If you're not receiving messages from the coaching staff, that's the first place to check.
Every player needs a valid physical completed within the last 13 months and completed FinalForms before participating.
Questions about eligibility, playing time, transportation, or paperwork go to the coaching staff or the athletic office — not to the Boosters. We can't answer them and we don't have access to that information.
Where we post things, and when to trust it
We keep the schedule and team information in a few convenient places — the calendar on this site, the BAND app, and social media. It's there so you don't have to go digging.
Treat it as a convenience copy, not the official word. Our calendar syncs on a delay, and a game that moves on Thursday afternoon may not reach every channel before Friday. When timing matters — a start time, a location change, a weather call, a cancellation — go by what the coach sends (from Final Forms). That's always current; we might not be.
If you see a conflict between something we posted and something the coach sent, the coach is right. Tell us so we can fix it.
Stay connected with the Team and Boosters
BAND app — where we post day-to-day: volunteer needs, fundraiser reminders, schedule changes, and photos. If you join one thing, join this.
Facebook — season highlights, senior recognition, and sponsor thank-yous. Good for extended family who want to follow along.
X / Twitter — quick in-season updates and scores.
Our game schedule also lives on a Google Calendar you can subscribe to on your phone, so it updates automatically.
Lend a hand
Concessions, event setup, and fundraisers all run on parent volunteers. Shifts are short and you don't need to commit to the whole season.
